Innovative technology
Wet materials enter the fixed fluidized bed through a conveyor, and the dehumidified hot air enters the fluidized bed chamber through a blower. The material forms a fluidized state under the action of the hot air, and the heat required for material dehydration is provided by the hot air. The moisture in the material evaporates and is carried away by the drying medium. Dry and qualified materials are discharged from the fluidized bed through the discharge device. The dry exhaust gas carrying moisture and a small amount of dust enters the bag filter device, and the dust is recovered. The exhaust gas is finally discharged by the induced draft fan.
